What a session might look like
I always start with questions, assume nothing and listen deeply
based on what you bring, it may lead to
guided meditations, specific to the day
changing strategy to focus on specific areas
assistance with specific areas which may be impeding our progress
There may be content to explain specific ideas
spiritual concepts
psychological frameworks, etc
Sometimes it may lead to clearing work, which I do for you/with you
outside energies - entities etc.
ancestral/DNA level work
however this is minimal since the focus is getting you to a place where you are able to move forward on your own
We include Earth's energy in the process. This allows for easier transformation
End with clear plan for days ahead
I only work with a small number of people at a time to ensure I can be available.
This process is not for everyone and I do not accept just anyone.

Abhinayan shows how past trauma or emotions around bothersome events or patterns can be reworked in the now to change the past.. My experience was clear!
